Electronic registered delivery validator

Check whether the email you received was sent as registered delivery

Upload the evidence container (ASiC) issued by the provider. We check the electronic seal, the integrity of the content and whether the provider is on the European Union trusted lists, as set out in the eIDAS Regulation.

Drop the file here or click to choose ASiC-E (.asice, .sce), ASiC-S (.asics, .scs), REM message (.eml), XML evidence or signed PDF · up to 20 MB
So we can confirm the evidence refers to that email — we compare the message identifier (Message-ID), the content and the headers.
How do I save an email as an .eml file?
  • New Outlook and Outlook on the web: open the message › ⋯ › Download › Download as EML. Classic Outlook for Windows saves .msg, which is not supported — use Outlook on the web or the new Outlook.
  • Gmail: open the message › ⋮ menu › Download message.
  • Apple Mail: File › Save As… › format “Raw Message Source”.
  • Thunderbird: File › Save As › File.
  • Roundcube: open the message › More › Download (.eml).
Validating signatures, certificate chains and EU trusted lists…

Files are analysed in memory on a server in the European Union (Portugal) and discarded as soon as the result is returned. We keep no copies and use no cookies or third-party services. Privacy policy.

ASiC container

We read the ETSI EN 319 162 container (ASiC-E or ASiC-S), its XAdES or CAdES signatures and the ETSI EN 319 522 evidence inside — submission, consignment, handover.

Integrity and seal

Every file is compared with what was sealed. A single changed letter in the email or the evidence breaks the seal — and we show which file.

EU trusted lists

Certificates are validated against the Member States' trusted lists with the same library the European Commission uses — DSS.

Where do I find the evidence file?

It depends on the provider. The evidence usually arrives:

  • as an attachment to the email delivered by the registered delivery service (.asice, .sce, .xml files, or a PDF named “certificate”, “proof of delivery” or “evidence”);
  • as a download on the provider's platform, through a link in the message;
  • as the signed message itself (S/MIME) — save it as .eml and upload it here.

If you are the sender, ask your provider for the message's evidence container. Not sure your provider is qualified? See the list of qualified registered delivery providers.
